Does the warranty cover scratches?
The warranty does not cover scratches as this is a natural thing to occur as you use your deck. If it is significant we are more than happy to come take a look at it and try to repair it without replacement of the board.

Our 3-year workmanship guarantee covers everything involved with the deck, from the structure to waterproofing, to the materials used to build the deck structure. This is in addition to the 35 to 50 year warranty on your deck material.
